There are many requirements of Material Testing that can only be satisfied with X-Ray technology. These quality products are applicable from small batches and work pieces of various sizes and materials such as aluminum, plastics and steel. With this technology, computer generated topography images are achievable which greatly enhances your testing capabilities. Within the quick -paced serial inspection of aluminum castings, the time required for each test position is less than 1 second due to the introduction of group inspection for safety relevant suspension parts. There are also image enhancement systems that considerably improve the detail delectability in X-ray radioscopic images when this delectability is impaired by a strong noise factor. |

PMI Analysis is a critical tool for the inspecting of components in the Chemical and Petrochemical industries. Using this non-destructive method provides an efficient solution to the problem of materials mislabeling, which occurs in as many as 10% of received parts. These systems are the preferred NDT metal analyzers for the inspection of industry for national safety and ISO compliance. Inspection of incoming components analysis of in-service plant structures and diagnostic failure analysis of components are hallmarks for using the PMI testing method. Mislabeling due to human error can be prevented with a PMI program in place as a final check prior to shipping or receiving components. |
