Ride Commisioning

After installation and in conjuction with testing, we take care of ride commissioning. Ride commissioning is an integral part of handing the ride over to the end user and includes making sure all safety features are operational and comply with local guidelines. We check that all aspects of the contract have been fulfilled and that the ride is ready for daily operation.


Training

We pay special attention to training local staff, particularly in the correct procedures for operating the rides.

Both operational and maintenance staff have to be confident in the specifics of each ride. The time spent by local staff to familiarize themselves with the ride has been shown to significantly reduce downtime.

Hands on experience is the best form of training. Wherever possible, we try to give each member of the staff an opportunity to get a 'feel' for the ride, while explaining the technical documentation.

Due to the constant need for refresher courses and training for new staff, we will always be available to conduct such training sessions.


Manuals

Complete documentation is an essential component of ride supply and can, at the client's request be translated into any language required.


Maintenance

MPM's engineers have years of experience in the field of Entertainment Technology. We offer advice in periodic maintenance, component failure, replacement schedules and can suggest improvements in areas where new technology can be used to improve performance.


Spare Parts

Where feasible, we keep a stock of critical spare parts in our Singapore offices. 

We also have the ability to source for parts locally and therefore, greatly reduce lead times, while maintaining the implementation of quality approved parts.
