PMI Alloy Analyzers

PMI Analysis is a critical tool for the inspecting of
components in the Chemical and Petrochemical industries. Using this
non-destructive method provides an efficient solution to the problem
of materials mislabeling, which occurs in as many as 10% of received
parts. These systems are the preferred NDT metal analyzers for the
inspection of industry for national safety and ISO compliance. Inspection
of incoming components analysis of in-service plant structures and
diagnostic failure analysis of components are hallmarks for using
the PMI testing method. Mislabeling due to human error can be prevented
with a PMI program in place as a final check prior to shipping or
receiving components.

Technical endoscopy is a modern and cost-effective
way on non-destructive material testing and maintenance. It allows
visual inspection of hollow bodies and cavities which otherwise are
not accessible without disassembly. Our Visual Inspection Systems
are used primarily when technicians have a problem, they think they
have a problem or they need to know that there isn't a problem. This
technology brings images from deep inside structures, jet engines,
aircraft machines and many other items. This technology employs the
latest developments in the field of optics. With this stepless variable
direction of view, the swing prism endoscopes offer great versatility
in one rugged, top-quality instrument. When using this visual inspection
technology, seeing truly is believing.

Magnetic Testing Machines

This technology uses residual magnetism
in test pieces after inspection by magnetic crack detection. This
is a significant factor because the industry now demands better and
more stringent demagnetizing levels Demagnetization as such is not
clearly defined. Therefore, demagnetization values (kA/m) should not
be arbitrarily specified because they may be impossible to achieve
or may be impracticable. As with magnetization, demagnetization depends
on the type of material and the size and the shape of the test piece.
These systems enable the user to quickly and accurately determine
the quality and acceptability of a wide array of metals.
