Mr. C P Chong
Accounts

The accounts department handles all the financial matters in the company. It will most likely be the last department of the training as the trainee has already a good picture of the whole company and therefore understands the connections within better. Those tasks include processing of orders up to the billing of customers and all other issues that involve accounting.

Mr. Lawrence Miranda
Warehouse, Shipping & Administration

He introduces the trainee to the company structure and involves him in the day to day activities in the warehouse. The trainee receives a special training in shipping and IT. All trainees start their training in this department, because it is a good way to get to know all products and people in the company.

Mr. Gilbert Aue
General Engineering

Here the trainee learns everything about Oil & Gas equipment, starting with the technical details of the different products, to direct sales or being involved in large government tenders. The department has a lot of contact with Melchers subsidiaries and customers all over Asia. Therefore the trainee might get the chance to travel.

Further the department deals in machinery related to the plastic industry. Here too the trainee will be exposed to the various aspects of equipment sales. In addition to this, the plastic department has a strong service team which will introduce the trainee to our after sales service.

Ms. Judy Chew
Watch

In this department the trainee learns everything about Breitling Time Pieces which are very technical and difficult to assemble. Since Breitling are luxury goods they need a prestigious, professional appearance. Furthermore the trainee becomes familiar with the duties of the after sales service, the sales, the administration and advertisement & promotions of this department.

Mr. Patrick MacMahon
Entertainment

In this department the trainee gets in touch with Video animations, entertainment parks, idea & product development etc. as the name says, everything that has to do with entertainment technology is their business.
