The training generally takes 2 years. During this time you will go through important departments and get to know the company with many of its people from the bottom to the top.

In the first year your salary will be S$650, which is raised in the second year to S$800 per month. Your annual leave averages 14 days.

Upon acceptance of the contract, all documents officially translated into English, such as a copy of the passport, birth certificate, the latest school certificate and the marriage certificate of your parents (if applicant is below 21 years) have to be sent to the school to arrange for the application of the students pass. The application of the pass takes about 4 weeks, and the trainee is only permitted to enter Singapore when the local authorities have approved the permit and have sent a confirmation letter.

The trainee is expected to be appropriately attired during office hours. Male trainees should wear a shirt and tailored pants. Jeans, jogging pants, T-shirts, short skirts, bermudas, singlets, slippers or other revealing attire should be avoided. Longhair is not recommended for male trainees.

Die Ausbildung dauert generell 2 Jahre. In dieser Zeit durchlaeufst Du alle wichtigen Abteilungen des Unternehmens, lernst die Firma vom Lager bis zur Managementebene sowie viele Mitarbeiter kennen.

Der Antrag dauert ca. 4 Wochen und der Bewerber darf erst bei Erhalt einer Bestaetigung der Genehmigung in Singapur einreisen.

Angemessene Kleidung wird vom Auszubildenden erwartet. Fuer maennliche Auszubildende gilt ein Hemd und eine Stoffhose. Generell verboten sind T-shirts, Jeans, Jogginghosen, sehr kurze Roecke, kurze Hosen, Spagettitraegershirts, Slippers und alles was zu aufreizend ist. Ausserdem sind lange Haare bei maennlichen Auszubildenden nicht gerne gesehen.
